摘 要:拉臂装置作为自装卸式移动垃圾车的重要组成部分之一,其动态特性影响垃圾箱转运的效率。通过对拉臂装置的运动学进行分析,得出箱体在卸载过程中避免碰撞的几何条件,并获得箱体下滑速度在各阶段的运动规律。根据拉臂的结构特点,对其各主要铰接点进行了受力分析,得出在顶升的瞬间油缸的驱动力最大。基于拉臂装置的动力学分析,建立了液压举升系统仿真模型,分析了在举升油缸运动过程中液压系统的瞬时压力。结合拉臂装置的运动学,动力学和液压系统分析,得出了换向阀在举升臂不同倾斜角度下的最佳工作状态。Hooklift arm device is an important part of mobile garbage truck with detachable container.Its dynamic characteristics have impacts onthe transport of garbage containers.Through the kinematic analysis of the hooklift arm device,the geometric conditions for avoiding collision of garbage contains during unloading are obtained,and get the movement rule of the container at various stages.According to the structural characteristics of hooklift arm,the stress analysis of its main hinge points is carried out,and it is concluded that the driving force of lifting cylinder is the largest at the moment of jacking.Based on the kinematic analysis of hooklift arm device,the simulation model of hydraulic lifting system is established,and the instantaneous pressure of hydraulic system is analyzed.Combining with the analysis of kinematics,dynamics and hydraulic system of hooklift arm device,the optimum working state of the reversing valve is obtained when the lifting arm is inclined at different angles.
