女性学学科建设的制度性困境及其路径

摘　　要：循着学科的定义和女性学理论发展的历史脉络可以发现,女性学有自己的理论体系,在学科概念的学术层面具有合法性。作为一门独立的学科,女性学目前所遭遇的是学科行政和社会合法性困境。可从三个方面推进当前中国女性学学科建设和研究:不断丰富和发展女性学理论体系,夯实理论基础;充分发挥女性学跨学科的特点,使女性学与其他学科之间进行跨学科研究;设置交叉学科,壮大女性学分支学科。Based on the definition of discipline and the history of the development of women/gender studies theory, women/gender studies has its own theoretical system, with its concept justified on an academic level.The difficulty that women/gender studies is facing is the legitimacy of administration and society as an independent discipline now.The institutional predicament in the discipline construction and research of women/gender studies in China can be pushed forward from the following three aspects at present.Firstly, enrich and develop the theoretical system of women/gender studies continuously for consolidating its theoretical foundation.The second is to make full use of the interdisciplinary characteristics of women/gender studies and do the interdisciplinary research between women/gender studies and other disciplines.Thirdly, establish the interdisciplinary disciplines which may strengthen the subdisciplines of women/gender studies.
