摘 要:随着智能制造成为国家制造业转型升级的重要方向,市场对智能制造工艺工程师存在新需求。立足于智能制造工程专业人才培养目标,以服务地方经济发展为导向,构建基于“小工艺+大工艺”的课程教学内容,瞄准行业企业生产现状和未来发展愿景,在教学中拓展传统工艺范畴,融入大数据和智能概念,借助先进的数字化技术和工业互联网工具,实现适应于智能制造的工艺工程师知识和技能双升级,提升人才的市场竞争力,为国家产业发展提升输送所需人才。As intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of national manufacturing industry,there is a new demand for intelligent manufacturing process engineers in the market.Based on the talent training goal of intelligent manufacturing engineering specialty and oriented by serving the local economic development,the course teaching content based on"small process+big process"is constructed.Facing the current situation of the production and future development prospect of industrial enterprises,the scope of traditional technology is expanded in teaching,including integration of the big data and intelligent concepts.With the help of advanced digital technology and industrial Internet tools,the knowledge and skills of process engineers in intelligent manufacturing are upgraded.This leads to enhance the market competitiveness of talents and transport the needed talents for national industrial development.
