摘 要:随着工业文明的飞速发展,城镇化的进程也以前所未有的速度推进。在这样的发展历程中,国家将食品安全纳入官员政绩考核的内容之一,无疑是一种富于预见性的决策。但通过对农村食品现状的调查发现,随着城镇化的进程,乡村的食品在结构和品质上都发生了很大的变化,由于食品安全观培育的缺位,从而引发了较为严重的食品安全隐患。立足这一实情,从民族文化的视角出发,综合运用宏观分析、微观分析、比较分析的方法,揭示我国当前农村食品安全问题的严峻形势,并力图从提升文化自信和自觉的视角为应对这一挑战提出切实可行的文化对策。With the rapid development of industrial civilization,the process of urbanization is also developing with unprecedented speed.Under such background,our state considers the food safety as the measure to evaluate the work of local government,which seems to be the foreseeable strategy.Based on the investigation on current situation of food safety in rural areas,there are great changes in the structure and quality of food in rural areas because of the urbanization.Additionally,lack of training on consciousness of food safety leads to several potential problems.Therefore,from the perspective of ethnic culture,the current paper adopts macro-analysis,micro-analysis and comparative analysis to reveal the current severe situation of food safety in rural society.Finally,the cultural countermeasures are also proposed from the perspective of cultural confidence and consciousness.
