摘 要:生物化学课程是诸多本科专业的核心必修课程之一。由于其知识体系庞杂,基本概念抽象,教学内容既不易激发学生的学习兴趣,也难以和学科发展前沿自然的衔接起来,该课程的教学效果一直难以令人十分满意。学科竞赛是大学生创新活动的重要组成部分。教师尝试将学科竞赛与本课程的学习有机融合起来。一方面,将学科竞赛的获奖作品整合到生物化学课程的经典教学内容中。另一方面,利用课程教学主渠道,激励并指导学生参加学科竞赛,以期获得新的更好的竞赛成绩。本次教学改革激发了学生学习生物化学课程的兴趣,有效提高了该课程的教学效果。Biochemistry is one of the core compulsory courses for an array of undergraduate majors. The knowledge system of this course is complex, and its basic concepts are abstract. Moreover, its teaching content is not easy to stimulate students’ interest in learning or connect with the frontiers of this discipline. Thus, the teaching effect of this course has been difficult to be very satisfactory. Academic competition is an important part of the innovation activities of college students. This study managed to integrate academic competitions with the learning of this course. On the one hand, the award-winning works of the academic competition were integrated into the classic teaching content of biochemistry course. On the other hand, the main channel of course teaching is recruited to encourage and guide students to participate in the academic competition, in order to obtain new and better competition results. The teaching reform this time has boosted students’ interest in learning biochemistry course and effectively improved the teaching effect of the course.
