摘　　要：目的:构建新形势下面向行业需求为导向的中药学硕士专业学位培养模式。方法:分析中药学硕士专业学位现状,并对新形势下中药学专业学位人才培养模式的思考,加强中药学专业学位建设和自我评估,不断完善,接受行业和社会监督。结果与结论:建议加强宣传,提高认识,不断扩大招生规模;以培养目标为引领,完善培养方案;对标中医药发展战略规划纲要,凝聚专业特色方向,分类培养。Object:Under the new situation,we will provide a master's degree training model for Chinese medicine under the guidance of industry demand.Method:Analyze the status quo of master's degree in Chinese pharmacy,and think about the training mode of Chinese pharmacy professional degree under the new situation.Strengthen the construction and self-evaluation of professional degree of Chinese pharmacy,constantly improve it,and accept the supervision of the industry and society.Results&Conclusion:It is recommended to strengthen publicity,raise awareness,and continuously expand the scale of enrollment;lead the training objectives and improve the training plan;outline the strategic planning for the development of Chinese medicine,condense the direction of professional characteristics,and classify and cultivate.
