摘　　要：电子材料导论是我校电子科学与技术专业的专业选修课,是电子材料与器件专业方向的核心课程。针对电子科学与技术专业的特点、电子材料导论课程的特点,本文重点介绍了该课程的现行的理论教学和实验教学的内容,进而分析了现行教学内容的特点和不足之处。最后给出了更加合理、可行的理论教学内容和实验教学内容的改革方案、丰富有效的教学手段以及科学合理的考核方式,为本课程的发展提供了借鉴意义。Introduction of electronic material course is a professional elective course of electronic science and technology major and also a core course of electronic material and device direction.According to the characteristics of electronic science and technology major and the characteristics of introduction of electronic material course.This paper mainly introduces the current theoretical teaching and experimental teaching contents of this course and further analyzed the characteristics and shortcomings.Finally,we provided a more reasonable and feasible theoretical teaching and experimental teaching content reform plan,abundant and effective teaching methods,scientif ic and reasonable assessment methods,which may provide reference signif icance for the development of this course.
