引导文教学法在电力拖动课程中的应用

摘  要:电力拖动课程传统教学多采用讲解法和演示法,操作课多采用示范讲解和学生模仿,不利于激发学生的积极性和培养创新能力。本文采用与实际工作岗位相结合的引导文教学法,在培养学生的动手实践、团队合作、创新能力的基础上,进一步引导学生自主学习,培养工程素质和创新能力。此外,课堂还关注学生的心态及情绪,使课堂教学充盈人文关怀。The traditional teach ing of electricd rive course mostly adopt sexplanat ion method and demonstration method,while operation class adopts demonstration explanation and students imitate,which is not conducive to stimulate students'enthusiasm and cultivate their innovation ability.In this paper,the Leadtext Teaching Method combined with the actual work post is adopted.On the basis of cultivating students'practical practice,team cooperation and innovation ability,it further guides students to learn independently and cultivate engineering quality and innovation ability.In addition,it also pays attention to students'psychology and emotions,adds moral education and makes classroom teaching full of humanistic care.
