摘  要:目的了解海岛地区军队医院护士组织支持感,心理资本特点及其与留职意愿的关系。方法采用整群抽样法选取某海岛地区军队医院护士342名,运用组织支持感量表、心理资本量表和留职意愿量表进行测评。结果本组护士组织支持感得分为(64.75±17.53)分、心理资本得分为(104.43±17.10)分:组织支持感及其各维度均与留职意愿呈正相关(r=0.395~0.544.均P<0.01);心理资本及其各维度均与留职意愿呈正相关(r=0.394~0.506,均P<0.01);组织支持感.心理资本对留职意愿有正向预测作用(β=0.423.0.153);以聘用护士为对照,文职护士/军人护士对留职意愿有正向预测作用(β=0.110);有职业规划对留职意愿有正向预测作用(β=0.084)。结论海岛地区军队医院护士组织支持感、心理资本呈中等水平,组织支持感.心理资本与留职意愿呈正相关,且对留职意愿起正向预测作用。Objective To understand the specialties of perceived organizational support,psychological cap-ital,and its connection with the intention to stay of nurses in a military hospital in the island area.Methods A total of 342 nurses from a military hospital in the island area were selected by cluster sampling method,and evaluated by perceived organizational support scale,psychological capital scale,and intention to stay scale.Results The scores of perceived organizational support and psychological capital were(64.75±17.53)and(104.43±17.10),respectively.The scores of perceived organizational support and its dimensions,as well as the psychological capital,were positively correlated with intention to stay scores(r=0.395 to 0.544,r=0.394 to 0.506,respectively,all P<0.01).The scores of perceived organizational support and psychological capital were positively predicted intention to stay scores(β=0.423,0.153).Em-ployed nurses as the control,the civilian and military nurses were positive predictors to intention to stay(β=0.110).Career planning had a positive predictive effect on intention to stay(β=0.084).Conclusions The perceived organizational support and psychological capital of nurses in a military hospital in the island area were at a medium level.The perceived organizational support and psychological capital were positively correlated with intention to stay and positively predicted the intention to stay.
