摘  要:遵循高职教育的应用性、职业性、高等性等类型教育特征,高职生职业能力培养应该秉持就业导向、知行合一、注重素养、终身发展等基本理念,亟需探索以下路径:评价改革,推行“职教高考”制度;书证融通,实施“1+X”证书制度;融合培养,并重提升技能素养;健全体系,贯通职业能力发展通道。From the perspective of typology,the higher vocational education has the basic characteristics of application,occupation and high-class.Based on the perspective of type education,the vocational college students should adhere to the basic concepts of employment orientation,unity of knowledge and practice,focus on literacy,lifelong development,etc.,and urgently need to explore the following paths:evaluation reform and implementation of the vocational college entrance examination system;integration of documentary evidence and implementation of the‘1+X’certificate system;integration of training and comprehensive improvement of vocational skills and professionalism;improvement of the system and having a thorough channel of the vocational ability development.
