摘 要:为推进线上教学诊断与改进,了解疫情期间高职学生的线上学习情况,研究以荆州职业技术学院为样本,对12734名学生的线上学习情况进行了专项调研。调查发现学生网络学习存在主动性差、学习设备难调节、学习难监控等问题。建议通过打造线上教学目标与标准“两链”、建立和运行教学诊改“8字质量螺旋”、运用“荆职诊改法”、强化文化和机制“双引擎”作用等方式开展线上教学的诊断与改进实践,进而丰富教学诊改理论成果,提升线上教学的效果,为线上教学的诊改提供可借鉴案例。In order to promote online teaching diagnosis and improvement,and to understand the online learning situation of higher vocational students during the epidemic,the study took Jingzhou Vocational and Technical College as a sample and conducted a special survey on the online learning situation of 12734 students.The survey found that students’online learning has problems such as poor initiative,difficult to adjust learning equipment,and difficult to monitor learning.It is recommended that online teaching goals and standards“two chains”be established,the establishment and operation of the“8-character quality spiral”in teaching diagnosis reform,the use of the“Jing vocational diagnosis reform method”,and the strengthening of the“dual engine”role of culture and mechanism.Teaching diagnosis and improvement practice,and then enrich the theoretical results of teaching diagnosis reform,improve the effect of online teaching,and provide reference cases for the diagnosis reform of online teaching.
