就业资本视角下贫困大学生就业帮扶机制的构建

摘　　要：为了更好地帮助家庭经济困难的大学生实现就业、摆脱家庭贫困,以就业资本为视角分析贫困大学生就业帮扶中存在的缺失和不足,从经济资本、人力资本、社会资本和心理资本等方面提出了构建就业帮扶的机制。Helping needy college students to achieve employment is not only an important way to eliminate poverty, but also where the value of education lies. From the perspective of employment capital, this paper analyzes the deficiencies in the employment assistance for needy college students,and constructs the mechanism for employment assistance from the aspects of economic capital, human capital, social capital and psychological capital.
