摘 要:在交叉学科的研究生实验教学环节中以提高研究生的科研、创新能力为目标,以生物医学工程专业生物技术实验课为例进行教学探索。基于科研活动的内在逻辑规律和生物医学工程的学科特点,充分利用现代信息技术,设计了由浅入深、具有内在联系的立体网状实验内容体系,线上线下混合分层次教学模式和全过程多维度的评价方式。通过点单学习、自主设计、自主实验、开放研究等多种方式,解决对不同背景、层次和科研方向的研究生进行科研能力和科研思维训练不足的问题,同时促进学生的个性化发展。将提升学生自主学习能力、构建专业知识和技能教学体系、训练科研思维模式有机融合在一起,获得了良好的教学效果。The present work aimed to improve practical skills and innovative ability of interdisciplinary graduate students and focused on exploration of experimental teaching which took the Bio-technique experiment course for graduate students in biomedical engineering as an example.According to the logic of scientific research and characteristics associated with biomedical engineering discipline,the progressive,interrelated and integrated content of the experimental course was designed,an online and offline blending and hierarchical teaching model was adopted,and a multi-dimensional assessment and scoring system for students’performance was developed in the present work.Multiple teaching approaches such as on-demand learning,design and completion of an independent research project and open-ended research projects were used to enhance practical skills,scientific thinking skills as well as personal development of students with different knowledge backgrounds,levels,and academic fields.By integration of autonomous learning ability improvement,knowledge and skill development and scientific thinking skills training,good practical results have been achieved.
