摘　　要：探索我国高校在复杂国际形势下合理可行的进口设备采购策略,持续推动科教兴国战略和创新驱动发展战略意义深远。从学校整体和具体用户两个维度对我国高校在中美贸易摩擦背景下免税进口设备的采购现状进行了详细分析,同时对各高校面对加征关税时采取的应对措施进行了广泛调研,并从短期采购措施和长期发展策略两个层面进行了深入探讨,以期为未来国际新形势下我国免税进口设备采购政策的制定建言献策。It is of profound significance to explore the reasonable and feasible purchasing strategy of imported equipment in the complex international situation,and continue to promote the strategy of reinvigorating the country through science and education and the strategy of innovation-driven development.To put forward advice and suggestions for the formulation of procurement policy related to the import equipment in the future under the new international situation,the article analyzes the currunt purchasing situation of duty-free import of equipment in China universites under the background of trade disputes between China and the United States from the whole school dimension and specific users dimension,makes an extensive investigation on the measures taken by universities in facing on additional tariffs,and probes into the short-term purchase measures and long-term development strategies.
