升格高职院校内部管理现状与发展方向——基于广东9所高职院校的调查

摘　　要：通过对广东9所升格高职院校不同层次群体对学校管理改革的主要领域、管理队伍、改革成效、改革方向、学术权力发展等问题进行调查,发现当前升格高职院校内部管理改革已取得一些成效,但与高职教育治理现代化的要求还存在一定差距,要从建立科学、民主、高效的管理体制机制,提升管理队伍整体水平,建立各方参与的民主治理结构,充分发挥学术权力等方面深化改革。Through the investigation on the main fields,management team,reform effect,reform direction and academic power development of different levels of managers in 9 upgraded higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province,it is found that the current internal management reform in higher vocational colleges has achieved some results,but there is still a certain gap with the requirements of governance modernization of higher vocational education.The reform needs to be deepened from the aspects of establishing a scientific,democratic and efficient management system and mechanism,improving the overall level of the management cadre team,building a democratic governance structure involving all parties,and actively developing academic power.
