摘  要:高职百万扩招政策作为国家保就业、促发展的重大战略举措,首次将高职教育定位为服务国家经济转型升级、提升技能人才素质的重要教育类型。面对高职百万扩招的机遇与挑战,以常州信息职业技术学院在社会生源招生、培养过程中的探索实践为例,提出高职院校的应对策略:积极探索常态化政校企协同的社会生源招生机制;制订模式多元、学制灵活的社会生源教学管理方案;构建人才评价的多元标准;建立校企双主体协同育人机制。As a major strategic measure for the country to ensure employment and promote development,the policy of one million enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges positions higher vocational education as an important type of education that serves the country's economic transformation and upgrading,and improves the quality of skills talents.Facing the opportunities and challenges of one million enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,taking the exploration and practice of Changzhou College of Information Technology in the process of social student recruitment and training as an example,the article proposes some countermeasures for higher vocational colleges:actively exploring normalized government-school-enterprise collaborated recruitment mechanism of social student sources;developing a social student sources teaching management plan with diversified model and flexible educational system;establishing multiple standards for talent evaluation;and building a school-enterprise dual-subject collaborative education mechanism.
