摘  要:对龙爪菇栽培中5种N源的优劣进行评价,为其生产上筛选合适的N源提供科学依据。以5种N源栽培龙爪菇,对其子实体类氨基酸含量和营养评价等10个指标进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明,5种N源的关联度排序为:硝酸钾>麦皮>尿素>碳酸氢铵>硫酸铵,其中硝酸钾处理关联度第一,为0.9502;硫酸铵处理关联度最小,为0.6927。说明5种N源中,硝酸钾是龙爪菇栽培最适宜的N源。An attempt was made to evaluate 5 nitrogen sources to provide scientific basis for screening of N sources for cultivating Auricularia polytricha(Mont.)Sacc.A.polytricha(Mont.)Sacc.was cultivated with 5 different nitrogen sources,and 10 indexes of amino acid contents and nutritional evaluation of the mushrooms of A.polytricha(Mont.)Sacc were determined and analyzed by using gray correlation analysis.The gray correlation analysis showed that the order of the correlation degree of the N sources was KNO3,wheat bran,CH_(4)N_(2)O,NH_(4)HCO_(3),(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4),of which KNO_(3)was the highest in correlation degree(0.9502)while(NH4)_(2)SO_(4)was the lowest in correlation degree(0.6927).This revealed that KNO_(3)is the most suitable nitrogen source for cultivation of A.polytricha(Mont.)Sacc..
