摘 要:目的为了解惠阳区居民加碘盐的使用情况,为本地区预防和控制碘缺乏病提供有力的数据和理论依据.方法按照《制盐工业通用试验方法碘的测定》GB/T 13025.7-2012标准,采用直接滴定法测定食盐中的碘含量.结果2016~2020年惠阳区共监测居民食盐样品1500份,食盐碘含量平均值为25.76mg/kg,中位数为26.01mg/kg,非碘盐率、碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率分别为2%、98%、94.35%和92.47%.不同年度间碘盐覆盖率差异(χ^(2)=29.592,P<0.05)、碘盐合格率差异(χ^(2)=16.786,P<0.05)、合格碘盐食用率差异(χ^(2)=26.951,P<0.05)均具有统计学意义.结论除2016年惠阳区居民食盐碘含量监测结果略低于国家消除碘缺乏病的要求外,其余年份(2017~2020年)均达到消除碘缺乏病的国家标准.但政府相关部门仍需加大监测力度,确保辖区内人民群众食用合格碘盐.Objective To understand the use of iodized salt among residents in Huiyang District,and to provide strong data and theoretical basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in this area.Methods According to the"Determination of Iodine in Salt Industry General Test Method"GB/T 13025.7-2012,the iodine content in table salt was determined by direct titration.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of 1500 samples of resident salt were monitored in Huiyang District.The average iodine content of salt was 25.76mg/kg,the median was 26.01mg/kg,the non-iodized salt rate,the coverage rate of iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt and The edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 2%,98%,94.35%and 92.47%respectively.The difference in the coverage rate of iodized salt between different years(χ^(2)=29.592,P<0.05),the difference in the qualified rate of iodized salt(χ^(2)=16.786,P<0.05),and the difference in the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt(χ^(2)=26.951,P<0.05)all have Statistical significance.Conclusion Except for the 2016 Huiyang District residents'iodine content monitoring results that were slightly lower than the national requirements for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders,the rest of the years(2017~2020)reached the national standards for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.However,relevant government departments still need to increase monitoring to ensure that the people in the jurisdiction eat qualified iodized salt.
