摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤。阴道内正常菌群的改变常导致多种妇科疾病,包括宫颈癌。最新的研究表明,乳杆菌可能在宫颈癌的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用。本文经过鉴定、筛选和验证,共纳入25篇文章,分析梳理以乳杆菌与宫颈癌为关键词的相关文献,包括临床研究和实验研究,构建乳杆菌拮抗宫颈癌发生、发展的关联网络,提供乳杆菌治疗宫颈癌的重要机制与靶点,为进一步的研究提供了方向和策略。Cervical cancer is a common malignant cancer among females.The changes of vaginal normal flora usually lead to multiple gynecological diseases,including cervical cancer.The latest research has shown that Lactobacillus may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.A total of 25 articles were included after identification,screening and verification.The related literature with Lactobacillus and cervical cancer as the key words are analyzed and teased,including the clinical studies and experimental studies,constructing the association network for Lactobacillus antagonizing the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,providing the important mechanism and target spot for lactobacillus treating cervical cancer,and also providing the direction and strategy for further research.
