摘 要:公立医院职能部门的薪酬设计,一直是绩效改革的难点,常见的基于岗位评价薪酬体系设计,也因职能部门中各种岗位职责界定难以清晰,交叉负责,甚至任务流向遵循管理者意愿而存在局限性。文章尝试引入基于“职责价值”累积以及“职责分担”形成“非标准岗位”价值的思路,并改变途径使用国际岗位评价法(International position evaluation,IPE)方法,期望在公立医院部门实际运行环境中,更好地获得员工相对价值。The salary design of executive departments of public hospitals has always been the difficulty in the performance reform. The common design of salary system based on post evaluation is also limited due to the difficulty in defining various post responsibilities of the executive departments, cross responsibility, and even the task flow depending on the will of managers. This paper attempts to introduce the "non-standard" salary system based on the accumulation of "duty value" and "duty sharing" and use International Position Evaluation(IPE) in order to obtain the relative value of employees better in the actual operating environment of public hospital departments.
