产教融合培养特色化软件人才的思考——以西安电子科技大学软件工程专业为例

摘　　要：特色化软件产业人才培养是实现中国软件高质量发展的必然要求及重要支撑,深化产教融合是实现特色化软件人才培养的主要途径。结合西安电子科技大学特色化软件人才培养模式,分析特色化软件人才培养背景与要求,针对特色化软件人才培养目标、培养条件、培养模式、课程体系及具体举措给出相关建议,以期通过产教深度融合协同培育满足新时代国家发展需要的特色化软件人才。The training of characteristic software industry talents is an inevitable requirement and important support for realizing the high-quality development of software in China.Deepening the integration of production and education is the main way to realize the training of characteristic software industry talents.Based on the characteristic software talent training mode of Xidian University,this paper analyzes the background and requirements of characteristic software talent training,and gives thoughts and suggestions on the training objectives,training conditions,training mode,curriculum system and specific measures.The proposed measures are to eventually cultivate characteristic software talents that meet the needs of national development in the new era through the in-depth integration of production and education.
