摘 要:应急抢修钢梁为临时结构物,其稳定性与车辆行驶安全性密切相关。为研究列车荷载作用下应急抢修钢梁安全性问题,本文采用多体动力学SIMPACK和ANSYS软件联合仿真车辆与铁路应急抢修钢梁耦合模型,以轨道不平顺作为激励,求解列车与应急抢修钢梁的振动响应。研究结果表明:采用SIMPACK和ANSYS软件可以很好地模拟车辆-应急抢修钢梁耦合力学关系,耦合模型计算结果具有一定合理性;列车模型最大残余加速度小于规定值,钢梁实测自振最低频率小于计算最低频率;随车辆速度增加,桥梁跨中响应呈现增长趋势;列车脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轨横向力均小于容许限度。The emergency repair steel girder is a temporary structure,its stability is closely related to the driving safety of the vehicle.In order to study the safety of emergency repair of steel girders under train load,this paper uses multi-body dynamics SIMPACK and ANSYS software to co-simulate the coupling model of vehicles and railway emergency repair steel girders,and takes the uneven track as an incentive to solve the vibration response of trains and emergency repair steel girders.The research results show that:the use of SIMPACK and ANSYS software can well simulate the vehicle-emergency repair steel beam coupling mechanical relationship,and the calculation results of the coupling model are reasonable to some extent.The maximum residual acceleration of the train model is less than the specified value,and the lowest frequency of the measured natural vibration of the steel girder is less than the calculated lowest frequency.As the vehicle speed increases,the mid-span response of the bridge shows an increasing trend.The train’s derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,and wheel/rail lateral force are all less than the allowable limit.
