灌输教育与启发教育统一的哲学基础和实现路径

摘　　要：灌输教育和启发教育是思想政治教育的一对重要范畴,坚持灌输教育启发教育的统一可以实现思想政治教育的实效性和时代性,坚持二者的统一也是时代环境、教育改革、学生发展的需求,坚持二者的统一有坚实的哲学基础。要实现灌输教育与启发教育的统一,必须在政治立场、价值目标、时代使命上做到三个坚持,在方法和艺术上做到四个坚持。Inculcating education and enlightening education are a pair of important categories of ideological and political education. Sticking to the unity of inculcating education and inspiring education can realize the effectiveness and epochal character of ideological and political education, which is also the demand of the era, education reform and student development. It has solid philosophical foundation to stick to this. In order to realize the unity of inculcating education and inspiring education, we must insist on three things, namely, political stand, value goal and time mission, and insist the four principles on method and art as our nation asks for.
