摘　　要：目的:考察藏药七十味珍珠丸的抑菌作用并建立其微生物限度检查方法。方法:分别运用薄膜过滤法和平皿法对6种试验菌株(5种需氧菌和1种霉菌)进行试验并计算各自回收率。结果:七十味珍珠丸对需氧菌的生长有较强抑制作用,运用薄膜过滤法可将其抑菌作用消除,5种细菌的回收比值均控制在0.5~2范围内;七十味珍珠丸对白色念珠菌的生长并无明显的抑制作用,采用平皿法即可保证回收比值在0.5~2范围内。结论:在七十味珍珠丸的微生物限度检查过程中,需氧菌总数测定采用薄膜过滤法测定效果最佳,霉菌和酵母菌总数、控制菌测定均采用平皿法即可。Objective:To investigate the antibacterial effect of Qishiwei Zhenzhu Pills and establish its microbial limit test method.Methods:Six tested strains(5 aerobic bacteria and 1 mold)were tested by membrane filtration method and plate method,and the respective recovery rates were calculated.Results:Qishiwei Zhenzhu Pills has a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of aerobic bacteria,and its antibacterial effect can be eliminated by membrane filtration method.The recovery ratio of the five bacteria can be controlled within the range of 0.5~2;Qishiwei Zhenzhu Pills has no obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of Candida albicans.The plate method can ensure the recovery ratio is within 0.5~2.Conclusion:In the microbial limit inspection process of the Qishiwei Zhenzhu Pills,the total number of aerobic bacteria was determined by the membrane filtration method,and the total number of molds and yeasts and the control bacteria were determined by plating method.
