美国高校艺术教育面临的困境和教学方法新探索——以俄亥俄州立大学的艺术教育项目为例

摘　　要：在俄亥俄州立大学艺术教育系的多年教学实践中,文章笔者目睹了本科生在被要求讨论涉及种族主义和文化多样性等社会正义问题的当代艺术时的忧虑。美国高校艺术教师开始尝试创新型非传统教学方法,来帮助不同背景的学生展开社会正义相关的课堂讨论及艺术创作。文章以美国俄亥俄州立大学的艺术教育项目为例进行教学方法介绍和分析,可为我国高校艺术教育的课程设计和教学方法革新提供借鉴和参考。After multiple years of teaching art education at the college level,the author witnessed apprehension amongst undergraduate students when asked to discuss contemporary art that tackles social justice issues.To overcome this dilemma,art teachers at U.S.colleges and universities began to experiment with non-traditional teaching pedagogies.This paper introduces the art education program of Ohio State University,hoping that these new explorations and experiments can serve as a reference for curriculum design and pedagogical innovation in art education in China.
