校企“双元”育人模式下职业院校复合型技术技能人才培养方略

摘  要:在供给侧结构改革、装备制造业转型升级、工业与信息化融合、以及“中国制造2025”背景下,企业对人才的需求更加注重其专业技能以及实践操作能力水平。校企“双元”育人作为一种高效而专业的人才培养模式,通过政府引领,学校和企业合作,实现人才培养与企业需求的有效对接。职业院校和企业应该进行深度融合,将理论教学与技能培训相结合,提升职业院校复合型人才培养质量,为企业发展输送充足的人力资源,从而促进形成校企命运共同体。In the new era,under the background of supply-side structural reform,equipment manufacturing transformation and upgrading,industrial and information integration,and“made in China 2025”the demand for talents pays more attention to the application of their professional skills and the level of practical operation ability.As an efficient and professional talent training mode,school-enterprise“dual education”achieves effective connection between talent training and enterprise needs through government guidance and cooperation between schools and enterprises.V ocational colleges and enterprises should carry out deep integration,combine theoretical teaching with skill training,improve the quality of compound talents training in vocational colleges,and provide sufficient human resources for the development of enterprises,so as to promote the formation of school-enterprise community of common destiny.
