摘  要:新世纪以来,基于有效融合理论,加拿大师范教育课程改革提出了"实践与理论并行"的模式。"实践与理论并行"模式的含义是理论学习与教学实践同步开展,交互进行,实践学习贯穿于整个师范教育的过程。概言之,理论课程的学习为实践行动提供了知识基础,实践通过行动中的反思促进并转化为教学理解和教学智慧,从而使师范生的专业知识和能力呈现螺旋上升的发展样态。Since the beginning of the new century,based on the theory of effective integration,"practice-and-theory model"has been proposed as a reform to the normal education curriculum in Canada."Practice-and-theory model"means that the theoretical learning and teaching practice are carried out simultaneously and interactively,and teaching practice runs through the entire process of normal education.In a nutshell,the learning of theoretical courses provides a knowledge basis for practical actions;meanwhile,the practice promotes and transforms into teaching understanding and teaching wisdom through reflections in action,thus teachers’professional knowledge and abilities present a spiral pattern during development.
