摘 要:本文通过水热法制备钛酸纳米管(Titanic acid nanotubes,TNTs),并与淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合膜共混进行改性,以改善复合膜的性能.研究结果表明:TNTs较为均匀地分散在复合膜中并增强淀粉与PVA分子的相容性,使得复合膜表面更加光滑,均匀;当TNTs添加到复合膜中,显著促进复合膜的结晶峰,其在2θ=~19.5°处的结晶峰显著增强;随着TNTs添加量的增加,复合膜的抗拉强度由10.5 MPa上升到17.5 MPa,断裂伸长率由17%下降到8%;水蒸气透过率呈现先下降后上升的趋势,当TNTs添加量为2%时,复合膜的水蒸气透过率最小,为90.2 g/(m^(2).d);另外,复合膜的透光性随着TNTs添加量的增加呈下降的趋势,当TNTs添加量为3%时,复合膜透光性最低(45%).In this paper,titanic acid nanotubes(TNTs)were prepared via a hydrothermal process,which were then used to modify starch/PVA composite films to improve their properties.The results obtained demonstrated that TNTs were uniformly dispersed in the composite films to enhance the compatibility between starch and PVA molecules,which made the surface of the composite films smoother and more uniform.The addition of TNTs to the composite films significantly promoted the crystallization peak of the composite films,which was significantly enhanced at 2θ=~19.75°.As the TNTs content increased,the tensile strength of the composite films increased from 10.5 MPa to 17.5 MPa,while the elongation at break decreased from 17%to 8%.Meanwhile,the water vapor transmission rate of composite films showed an initial increase followed by a drop.When 2%TNTs were included,the water vapor transmission rate of composite films reached a minimum of 90.2 g/(m^(2)·d).In addition,the transparency of the composite films decreased with the increase of TNTs content.The composite films had the lowest transmittance(45%)when 3%TNTs was added.
