地方高等师范院校国家级化学一流专业建设探索与实践——以广西师范大学为例

摘　　要：在新时代教育部全面实施普通高等学校师范类专业认证、卓越教师培养计划2.0和一流本科专业建设“双万计划”的背景下,地方高等师范院校一流专业发展迎来了新的机遇和挑战。以广西师范大学化学专业(师范类)“三性•三能•三课”卓越教师职前培养模式为例,从“大类招生、分流培养”模式、专业课程群构建、课堂教学改革、师范生教学能力培养等方面梳理了一流师范专业建设的路径与成效。In the new era,under the background of the Ministry of Education’s comprehensive implementation of the professional certification of teacher’s major in normal colleges and universities,the excellent teacher training program 2.0,and the“Double Ten Thousand Plan”for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,the first-class professional development of local higher normal universities has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.This paper takes the pre-service training model of“three characteristics,three abilities,three courses”for excellent teachers in chemistry major(teacher education)of Guangxi Normal University as an example.The practice and effectiveness of the construction of first-class teachers’majors are summarized from the following aspects:the training model,professional curriculum group construction,classroom teaching reform,and teacher ability training.
