摘  要:武汉大学化学与分子科学学院把一流本科教育作为“双一流”建设的基础任务,以学生发展为中心,探索专业核心课分级教学,因材施教分类培养。这一教学改革增强了学生学习信心,提高了学生学习兴趣和成绩,促进了拔尖人才培养,优化了师资配置,教学相长,进一步提高了教育教学质量。The College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences in Wuhan University considers first-class undergraduate education as the basic task of the“Double First-Class”construction.By placing the development of students in the focus,it explores multi-level teaching of professional core courses and classified training of teaching students according to their aptitude.This reform has strengthened students’confidence in learning,improved their interest in learning and achievements,promoted the cultivation of top talents,optimized the allocation of teachers,and further improved the quality of education and teaching.
