摘 要:在推进高等教育治理现代化的背景下,深度挖掘和充分利用大学院系层面的数据价值赋能院系治理,有助于提升大学院系的现代化治理水平。基于此,文章首先提出了大学院系画像的四步构建流程,即获取院系履职数据、分析院系特征属性、建立院系标签体系和院系画像可视化。随后,文章以S学院为例,根据其2017~2020年的履职数据生成院系画像。最后,文章分析了此画像在院系日常管理、人才培养、人事管理及自我评估等场景中的应用,旨在借助院系画像提高院系管理效率和院系治理水平,为大学及其院系管理者提供有效的教育治理决策支持工具。Under the background of promoting the modernization of higher education governance,it is helpful to improve the modernization governance level of university department by deeply mining and making full use of data value at the level of university department.Based on this,the article firstly proposed a four-step construction process for the university department portrait,that was,obtaining the performing function data of the department,analyzing the characteristic attributes of the department,establishing the labeling system of the department and visualizing the portraits of the department.Subsequently,taking the S department as an example,this paper generated the department portrait based on its performing function data from 2017 to 2020.Finally,the applications of this portrait in the daily management,personnel training,personnel management and self-assessment were analyzed.This was aimed to improving the management efficiency and governance level of the department with the help of department portrait and providing effective education governance decision support tools for university and its department management.
