电动力农机直流调速控制器的设计与试验

摘　　要：设计了一种基于单片机控制的农用直流电机调速控制器,可用于电动力驱动的农业机械。该控制器以Atmega16为核心,外围电路包括稳压、短路保护、温度管控、串口通信,功率电路采用BTS7960半桥驱动,对其进行独立供电并与外围电路共地隔离。编写驱动控制程序,实现控制器过热保护监控,上位机进行指令控制,下位机发送工作状态的双向通信。通过实际电机空载测试,实现电脑端对电机调速控制,可驱动150W直流电机,为电动力农机的电机控制提供廉价设计方案。In this paper,a DC motor speed regulating controller was designed based on MCU,it can be applied to electrical-driven agricultural machinery.This controller is centered on Atmega 16,the peripheral circuit contains voltage stabilization,short circuit protection,temperature control and serial communication.The power circuit is driven by BTS7960 half bridge,it can power the controller independently and isolate the controller from peripheral circuit.Driver control program was written through the controller,the controller overheating monitor can be realized,the test under idle load shows that,this controller can drive150W DC motor,the speed regulating control of the motor can be realized on computer side.The design of this device can provide a cheap design scheme for motor control of electrical-driven agricultural machinery.
