校企合作视角下高职院校英语人才培养的途径探析

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,企业对高端技能应用型人才需求逐渐增加。尤其是对英语专业人才更是求贤若渴,英语表达能力、人际沟通能力、商务谈判能力以及团队合作能力都是企业对英语型应用人才提出的录用要求。通过对校企合作高职英语人才培养现状和人才需求进行分析,提出有效的高职英语人才培养途径,以期依托企业推动师资力量向多元化方向发展,建立英语人才培养基地,构建双赢互惠的校企合作人才培养模式。With the development of economic globalization,the demand of enterprises for high-end skilled applied talents is increasing.Especially the demand for talents with English major is thirsty for knowledge.English expression ability,interpersonal communication ability,business negotiation ability and team cooperation ability are the recruitment requirements of enterprises for English talents.Based on the analysis of the current situation of college enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational English talent training,this paper makes an effective business English talent training plan,with a view to relying on enterprises to promote the diversified development of teachers,establish English talent training base,and build a win-win and mutually beneficial school enterprise cooperation talent training mode.
