摘　　要：非光滑优化问题是运筹学中一类非常重要的问题,随着科学技术的发展,其重要性更加凸显.主要利用惩罚束方法研究电信数据网络优化问题的非光滑优化模型构造.从原空间和对偶空间角度出发,利用拉格朗日函数以及对偶理论,对原问题与对偶问题进行了刻画和研究,分别得到了它们的最优解的显式表达和3个衍生结论.Nonsmooth optimization problem is very important in operational research.With the development of science and technology,its importance becomes more and more prominent.This paper mainly studies the nonsmooth optimization model construction of the telecommunication data network optimization problem by using penalty bundle method.From the perspective of primal space and dual space,the primal problem and dual problem are analyzed by using Lagrange function and dual theory,the explicit expression of their optimal solutions and three derived conclusions are obtained,respectively.
