产教融合模式下轨道交通类职业院校专业群对接产业链建设的探索研究

摘　　要：在职业教育改革深入实施的大背景下,专业群建设对人才培养质量的提高和学校影响力及品牌效应有着重要的作用。以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院为例,基于产教融合模式研究了轨道交通类院校专业群布局思路,从优化专业结构、创新人才培养模式、搭建技术技能平台、和建设教师教学创新团队等四个方面研究了轨道交通类职业院校专业群对接产业链建设路径。Under the background of the deep implementation of vocational education reform,the construction of specialty group plays an important role in improving the quality of talent training and school influence and brand effect.The way of connecting the professional groups of rail transit vocational colleges with the construction of industrial chain is explored in this paper,taking Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology as an example.Based on the mode of integration of production and education,this paper studies the layout of major groups in rail transit colleges,from optimizing the professional structure,innovating the talent training mode,building the technical skills platform,building the teaching innovation team and so on.
