高校危机管理的现状与对策分析

摘　　要：面对日益复杂的环境,校园危机就存在于师生的身边,所以需要尽快加强对校园危机的管理工作。我国目前针对大学校园危机的管理工作还处于探索阶段,所以需要借鉴美国、日本等校园危机管理工作比较先进的国家,吸取经验,并结合我国高校的实际情况摸索出适用于我国高校校园危机管理的模式,从预防、应对、善后等多个方面加强我国大学校园危机管理的水平。Facing the increasingly complex environment,campus crisis exists around teachers and students,so it is necessary to strengthen the management of campus crisis as soon as possible.At present,our country's management of college campus crisis is still in the exploratory stage,so we need to learn from the experience of countries with advanced campus crisis management work such as the United States and Japan,and combine the actual conditions of our colleges and universities to find out what is suitable for our college campus crisis management,and to strengthen our country's university campus crisis management level in terms of prevention,response,and aftermath.
