摘  要:基于教育对外开放对促进"双循环"、推动经济增长的机制分析,使用国家层面时间序列数据和省级层面面板数据,验证我国教育对外开放对经济增长影响效应。实证结果发现,留学归国促进了经济增长,但是出国留学对经济增长无明确影响;来华外国留学生、国际合作研究、国际学术会议均促进了经济增长;消费、外资、技术创新和人力资本四个要素在教育对外开放影响经济增长中起到了中介作用。为助力经济发展新格局形成,我国应加快和扩大教育领域有序对外开放,吸引外国学生来华留学,鼓励国内学生出国留学并引导留学人员回国发展,大力推动国际合作研究。This study,based on an analysis of the mechanism for opening-up education to promote the "double circulation" and economic growth,uses the national-level time series data and the provincial-level panel data to verify the impact of China’s opening-up education on economic growth. The empirical results show the following:Returning home after overseas study promoted economic growth,but overseas study had no significant impact on economic growth;foreign students,international cooperative research and international academic conferences all promoted economic growth;and such factors as consumption,foreign capital,technological innovation and human capital played a mediating role in the impact of opening-up education on economic growth. To facilitate a new pattern of economic growth,China is supposed to accelerate and expand opening-up education in an orderly fashion,attract foreign students coming to study in China,encourage domestic students to study abroad and guide them to return home for career development,and promote international cooperative research.
