摘  要:为提高拖拉机的利用率,实现拖拉机前悬挂农业机具作业,提出了拖拉机前悬挂旋耕破茬机,采用前置三点悬挂的方式挂接旋耕破茬机,在拖拉机前端同时实现旋耕和破茬两种作业。采用SolidWorks软件对该结构进行三维建模,将模型简化然后导入软件ADAMS进行运动仿真,得到旋耕刀运动轨迹曲线和前悬挂装置主要杆件的受力,针对主要杆件和旋耕刀的工作载荷,在软件ANSYS中进行力学分析,结果表明,主要杆件受力满足强度要求,验证了结构设计的可靠性。In order to improve the utilization ratio of tractors and realize the working of agricultural machinery mounted at the front of tractors,a rotary tillage stubble-cutting machine mounted at the front of tractor is proposed.The machine is connected to the tractor by the way of three-point suspension.And rotary tillage and stubble cutting are realized simultaneously at the front of the tractor.The three-dimensional model of the machine structure is designed with SolidWorks software.The model is simplified and then the motion simulation is carried out with ADAMS software,and the motion track curve of the rotary tiller and the load of the main rods of the front suspension device are obtained.According to the working load of the main rods and the rotary tiller,the mechanical analysis is carried out in the software ANSYS.The results show that the forces on the main rods meet the strength requirements,and the reliability of the structure design is verified.
