摘　　要：《职教20条》中的"1+X"证书制度为职业教育的发展进一步指明了方向,对加快职业教育改革、提升职业教育质量、培养职业教育人才等方面起到了重要的推动作用。为更好地实施"1+X"证书制度,结合人才培养方案,重构课题体系,把职业资格考试内容和工作岗位内容融入课程教学,调整教学内容,创新教学方式,有效提高学生专业技能和职业素养,从而全面提高人才培养质量,推进"课证融通"的实效性教学。The“1+X”certificate system in the 20 items of vocational education further points out the direction for the development of vocational education,and plays an extremely important role in accelerating the reform of vocational education,improving the quality of vocational education,and cultivating vocational education talents.In order to better implement the“1+X”certificate system,combined with the talent training program,reconstruct the subject system,integrate the content of vocational qualification examination and job content into the course teaching,adjust the teaching content and innovate the teaching methods,effectively improve the students’professional skills and professionalism,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,and promote the practical teaching of course certificate integration.
