摘　　要：地方高校继续教育作为我国高等教育体系的重要部分,一直以服务区域经济社会发展为目标,应将其职能的发挥与乡村振兴战略的落实紧密结合起来,做好教师培训推动乡村教育健康发展,开展专业技术培训助力乡村脱贫攻坚,依托学历继续教育培养乡村本土人才。地方高校继续教育在乡村振兴战略中还面临价值不明、契合度不高、投入不足等挑战。今后地方高校继续教育应明确在乡村振兴战略中的定位,凸显在乡村振兴战略中的功能,加大对服务乡村振兴的投入,在乡村振兴战略中发挥重要作用。Continuing education in local colleges and universities,as an essential part of China’s higher education system,has always been aimed at serving regional economic and social development.Its functioning should be closely integrated with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,doing a good job in teacher training to promote the sound development of rural education.Meanwhile,professional and technical training should be carried out to support poverty alleviation in rural areas.Rural local talents can be cultivated by relying on continuing education.However,in the strategy of rural revitalization,the continuing education of local colleges and universities also face such challenges as unclearness of value,low degree of conformity as well as insufficiency of investment.In the future,roles of continuing education in local colleges and universities in implementing rural revitalization strategies should be clarified,and the function in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies should be highlighted.Moreover,investments in rural revitalization should be increased so that continuing education can play an important role in implementing the strategies.
