摘  要:露天矿单斗-卡车工艺中,轮胎和燃油消耗是矿用卡车最大的成本,同时轮胎的安全直接关系到运输车辆和人员的安全。通过分析露天矿用卡车轮胎的使用情况,设计了露天矿用卡车轮胎监控系统的硬件布设和软件构架,并开发了预警系统及方法。经过试验测试表明:监控系统具有较好的数据采集能力,预警方法较为准确,实现了露天矿卡车轮胎的实时监控及预警功能。In the process of single bucket truck in open-pit mine,the consumption of tire and fuel is the biggest cost of mining truck.At the same time,the safety of tire is directly related to the safety of transport vehicles and personnel.Through the analysis of the use of open-pit mine truck tire,the article designs hardware layout and software framework of the truck tire monitoring system,and develops the early warning system and method.The experimental results show that the monitoring system has good data acquisition ability,and the early warning method is more accurate,which realizes the real-time monitoring and early warning function of truck tires in open-pit mines.
