摘　　要：当前我国博士生教育面临包括学术研究内外部环境变化、博士劳动力市场需求多元化以及博士生教育质量内涵变化等一系列问题与挑战。新时代象牙塔内的博士生教育,不论是培养制度抑或是质量评价,除了具备学术传承性特征以外,还需要超越象牙塔,回应社会需求。为满足国家社会经济发展对博士生教育的需求,应促进我国博士生教育领域的产教融合、构建博士生职业辅导机制以及构筑博士生教育质量文化。At present,China's doctoral education is facing a series of problems and challenges,including changes in the internal and external environment of academic research,diversified demand in the doctoral labor market,and the evolving connotation of doctoral education quality.For doctoral education in the new era,in addition to its characteristics of academic inheritance,its pedagogical system and quality evaluation need to go beyond the ivory tower to meet social needs.In order to fulfill the nation's demand in social and economic development,it is necessary to promote industry-education integration in the field of doctoral education,to establish a doctoral career counseling mechanism,and to construct quality culture of doctoral education.
