摘 要:为探究线上“金课”的学习体验结构,揭示线上“金课”的学习体验现状,采用文本分析法对中国大学MOOC平台的592门线上“金课”的原始评价数据进行挖掘。研究发现,线上“金课”的学习体验包括“知、情、媒、行”4要素,分别是学习收获、情感体验、交互媒介和教学行为。线上“金课”的学习体验整体较好,这表现在学习者的课程评价平均分较高,且“知”“情”“行”3类学习体验要素中很少包含消极词汇,课程评价文本中学习者的情感体验多数是积极正向的。研究也发现,线上“金课”的交互媒介存在问题,体现在视频功能不够、互动功能不足和资源功能不全。In order to explore the learning experience structure of online first-class courses and find the learning experience of online first-class courses,text analysis method is used to analyzethe 592 courses on MOOC platform of Chinese university with mining the original evaluation data from online first-class courses.The results show that the learning experience of online first-class coursesis made up of four elements,including knowledge,emotion,media and behavior,which corresponds to learning gains,emotional experience,interactive media and teaching behaviors.The overall emotional experience of online first-class courses is good,which is reflected in the high average scores of learners’course evaluation.In addition,the three types of learning experience elements of knowledge,emotion and action rarely contain negative words.Most emotional experience in the course evaluation text are positive.The research has also found that there are many problems with interactive media in online first-class courses,which mainly manifest in insufficient video functions,scant interactive functions and incomplete resource functions.
