摘  要:SMART原则是绩效管理过程中非常重要的一项原则,其从五个不同的维度对员工的绩效作出了全面判断,在企业的管理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文首先就SMART原则和绩效管理的含义作了简单的阐释,其次就不同领域对SMART原则的不同理解进行了对比,最后就SMART原则对绩效管理的具体影响作细致分析。希望通过本文的撰写能够让更多人对SMART原则有更加全面的了解,更好将其运用到绩效管理的过程中,为企业的发展和人才的培养贡献力量。SMART principle is one of the most important principles in the process of performance management.It makes a comprehensive judgment on the performance of employees from fi ve different dimensions and plays a very important role in the process of enterprise management.This paper fi rst makes a brief explanation on the meaning of SMART principle and performance management,then compares different understandings of SMART principle in different fi elds,and fi nally makes a detailed analysis on the specifi c impact of SMART principle on performance management.It is hoped this article will enable more people to have a more comprehensive understanding of the principle of SMART,and better apply it to the process of performance management,so as to cultivate a modest force for the development of enterprises and personnel.
