摘  要:试验旨在研究酒糟发酵复合益生菌剂对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化的影响。选取90只体重相近的1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮添加5%未发酵酒糟,Ⅱ组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮添加5%酒糟发酵复合益生菌剂。试验期49 d。结果显示,22~49日龄,Ⅱ组肉鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量、49日龄体重较对照组和Ⅰ组均显著升高(P<0.05),且全期的料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组肉鸡的半净膛率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组肉鸡全净膛率、胸肌率显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组肉鸡脾脏指数显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肉鸡肝脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组肉鸡胸腺指数显著低于对照组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。21日龄,Ⅱ组肉鸡血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组肉鸡血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平存在降低趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。49日龄,Ⅱ组肉鸡血清ALT水平显著低于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验表明,饲粮掺拌酒糟发酵复合益生菌剂可提高肉鸡生长性能和屠宰效能,增强免疫器官指数,改善血液生化环境。The experiment was to study the effect of distiller’s grains fermented by compound probiotics on growth performance, slaughter performance, immune organ index and serum biochemical indices. A total of 90 chicks with similar body weight of one-day-old were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group and ten broilers in each replicate. Broilers in control group were fed with basal diet. The broilers in experimental group Ⅰ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 5% of unfermented distiller’s grains. The broilers in group Ⅱ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 5% distiller’s grains fermented by compound probiotics. The experiment lasted for 49 d. The results showed that compare with control group and group Ⅰ, from 22~49 d, the average daily gain, average daily intake and body weight of group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the ratio of weight to material of whole period was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The semi-clean bore rate in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group and group Ⅰ, the rate of total clean bore and chest muscle in group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05). The spleen index of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of control group and group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The liver index of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The thymus index of group Ⅰwas significantly lower than that of control group and group Ⅱ(P<0.05). At 21 d, compared with the control group and group Ⅰ,TP and ALB in group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05), ALT showed a decreasing trend(0.05≤P<0.10). At49 d, ALT of group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of control group and group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the basal diets supplemented with distiller’s grains fermented by compound probiotics can improve broiler growth performance and slaughter performance, enhanced immune organ index, improve blood biochemical environment.
