摘  要:高校学生社团活动是第二课堂的主战场,是实施素质教育的重要途径和有效方式.本文以深圳职业技术学院为例对高职院校学生社团建设情况开展研究,以综合素质能力提升为切入点,找出高职院校社团发展的短板并深入进行原因分析,提出从党的领导、科学定位、发展基础、特色发展、教师准入、课程体系等六个方面入手,进行高职院校社团综合改革,提升社团发展内涵和质量.College students’ association activities are the main battlefield of the second classroom and an important and effective way to implement quality education. Taking Shenzhen Polytechnic as an example, this paper studies the construction of students’ associations in higher vocational colleges. Making a big breakthrough in the area of expanding non professional ability and promoting sustainable development ability, this paper finds out the weak points of the development of higher vocational colleges’ associations and makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons. It proposes that schools should start from the party’s leadership, scientific positioning, development foundation, characteristic development, teacher access and curriculum system, so as to carry out the comprehensive reform of associations in higher vocational colleges and improve the connotation and quality of community development.
