摘　　要：基于社会对感染性疾病的诊疗需求及有效应对公共卫生突发事件的需要,2017年上海市将感染科纳入内科住院医师规范化培训必修的轮转学科。作为感染科培训基地,医院依照内科规培的标准,通过设计培训计划、开展岗前培训、组织临床教学活动、统一出科考核,探索建立了内科住院医师感染科轮转培训的方案。培训效果得到培训学员、联合单位初步认可。同时分析教学实践中目前仍存在的问题,并提出对策建议。Based on the social needs for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and the needs to effectively respond to public health emergencies,infectious department has been included in the compulsory rotational discipline of standardized training for internal medicine residents in Shanghai since 2017.As a training base for the infectious diseases,this hospital designed the training plan,carried out pre-job training,organized clinical teaching activities and unified scientific assessment in accordance with the standards of internal medicine training,established the internal medicine resident infection department rotation training program.The trainees and allied units were both satisfied.At the same time,this paper analyzed the problems existing in teaching practice,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
