摘　　要：目的探讨鼓圈治疗对慢性精神分裂症(CSZ)患者阴性症状和社交技能的影响。方法将110例CSZ住院患者随机分为干预组(完成47例,脱落6例)和非干预组(完成53例,脱落4例)。2组均使用常规抗精神病药物治疗、护理常规及一般工娱治疗。干预组在此基础上进行鼓圈治疗,为期12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、社交技能评定目录(SSC)分别对患者入组时、治疗后4周、8周、12周的精神状况进行评估。结果随着治疗时间的延长,2组PANSS阴性症状评分(PANSS-N)、SANS及SSC总分均有下降趋势,干预组减分幅度明显高于非干预组,2组组间、时点间、组间·时点间差异均有统计学意义(FPANSS-N=42.21,217.14,63.43,P<0.05;FSANS=33.09,167.06,52.30,P<0.05;FSSC=285.59,1765.38,541.59,P<0.05);2组PANSS阳性症状评分(PANSS-P)组间、时点间、组间·时点间差异均无统计学意义(FPANSS-P=3.78,2.93,1.76,P>0.05)。结论鼓圈治疗能显著辅助改善CSZ患者的社交技能和阴性症状,促进功能全面康复。Objective To investigate the effects of drum circle therapy on the negative symptoms and social skills in patients with chronic schizophrenia(CSZ).Methods A total of 110 inpatients with CSZ were randomly divided into intervention group(47 cases completed,6 cases lost)and non-intervention group(53 cases completed,4 cases lost).The patients in both groups were treated by conventional antipsychotic drugs,nursing routine and general entertainment therapy.On this basis,the patients in intervention group were treated by drum circle therapy for 12 weeks.The mental status of patients was assessed by Scale for Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS)and Social Skills Checklist(SSC)on admission,and at 4w,8w,12w after treatment.Results With the treatment time lengthening,the negative symptoms scores of PANSS,total scores of SANS and SSC in both groups were decreased,and the decrease degree in intervention group was more significant than that in non-intervention group.Moreover there were significant differences in PANSS,SANS,SSC in different time points and group·time point between the two groups(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in positive symptoms scores of PANSS in different time points and group·time point between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Drum circle therapy can effectively assistantly improve the social skills and negative symptoms in patients with CSZ,so as to promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of function.
