新时代高校干部作风长效机制建设探究

摘　　要：高校干部作风建设是加强和改进高校党的作风建设的关键环节,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容。在新时代,高校干部作风总体上是好的,但也存在宗旨观念和公仆意识淡薄,官僚主义、形式主义严重等突出问题。加强和改进高校干部作风建设,就是要做到将作风建设与思想建设、健全制度、强化监督相结合,同时还要加强多方联动、多管齐下,确保干部作风建设取得实效。To improve the conduct of cadres in colleges is the key link to improve the Party conduct in colleges, and also an important content to implement the basic task of establishing morality and cultivating people. In the new era, the conduct of cadres in colleges is generally good, but there are also some prominent problems, such as the weak sense of purpose and public servant, the serious bureaucracy and formalism. At present and in the future, to improve the conduct of cadres in colleges, we should improve ideological construction, improve and strengthen the supervision system, strengthen multi-party linkage and multi pronged work, so as to ensure the effectiveness of improving the conduct of cadres in colleges.
