普惠性民办幼儿园家长满意度的调查研究——以淮北市为例

摘　　要：为了解一定地域内家长对普惠性民办幼儿园的满意度,以来自淮北市4个区(县)的516名幼儿家长为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果显示,与家长对普惠性民办幼儿园的期待相比,现阶段普惠性民办幼儿园在环境建设,收费、师资队伍,保育质量以及家园合作等方面还有很大的改进空间。为提升家长的满意度,建议政府提升补助标准、建设动态信息公示平台,创新师资培训模式,以帮助幼儿园回归幼教本质、构建新型家园合作关系。In order to understand the parents'satisfaction with inclusive private kindergartens in a certain area,this study took516 parents from four districts and counties of Huaibei City as the research objects and used questionnaire method to conduct asurvey.The results show that compared with parents’expectations for inclusive private kindergartens,environmentalconstruction,fees,teaching stff,quality of care and family-kindergarten cooperation still have a lot of room for development.Toimprove parents’satisfaction,it is suggested that governments should improve subsidy standards,build a dynamic informationpublicity platform,and innovate teacher training models to help kindergartens returm to the essence of preschool education andbuild a new family-kindergarten cooperation partnership.
